RMA Policy |
| All warranty claims must be made by calling our customer service department for a Return Material Authorization Form (RMA) during the Warranty Period. You must return the Product(s), including all documentation and accessories, intact and in its original packaging, to an HPC Systems, Inc.’s designated location within 10 days after assignment of an RMA number, freight prepaid. |

| A copy of the invoice, the return-authorization form, and the shipping label must accompany the return. Product(s) returned without a Return Material Authorization form or returned after the 10 days will not be accepted. |

Upon receipt of any defective unit, HPC Systems, Inc., at its option, may either:
(i) replace any equipment proved to be defective, (ii) remedy or repair such defect or
(iii) refund the purchase price of the defective equipment in the form of a credit applicable to future purchases.
HPC Systems, Inc.'s obligation and Buyer’s sole remedy will be limited to these options. In the case of units or parts purchased by HPC Systems, Inc. from a third-party supplier, HPC Systems, Inc. obligation and Buyer’s sole remedy against HPC Systems, Inc. or HPC Systems, Inc.'s suppliers shall not exceed the settlement which HPC Systems, Inc. is able to obtain from its supplier. |
