| A: The Partner Program is open to anyone and pays cash for referrals. Partners can provide referrals via our online referral form . The Customer Referral Program is open to HPC Systems, Inc. customers only, and provides credits / cash for recommending HPC Systems, Inc. to colleagues and associates. |

| A: Yes, you need to be a HPC Systems, Inc. customer to participate in the Customer Referral Program . Non-HPC Systems, Inc. customers can participate in the Partners Program. |

| A: No, you do not need to sign up or register for the HPC Systems, Inc. referral program. |

| A: No, there are no fees involved. Instead, you will be earning cash or credit for every customer that you refer to HPC Systems, Inc.. |

| Q: How will you know that I have referred a new customer to HPC Systems, Inc.? |

| A: You will provide the contact information on the online referral program form. Or when your referred customer contacts HPC Systems, Inc. via e-mail, online RFQ configurator or by phone, he or she will need to provide your name and contact information or customer number. Please note that we will be unable to pay you if your referral fails to tell us that you referred them when they sign up. HPC Systems, Inc. will provide confirmation within 48 hours. |

| Q: What is a “qualified” lead? |
|
| A: A qualified lead is someone you know who recommends, buys, or approves the purchase of products offered by HPC Systems, Inc. We need to communicate with the referred individual to qualify their position and/or opportunity and will use your name as a reference. You cannot submit a list of names derived from bid lists, organizational databases, or other type of mundane database. |

| Q: What happens if there is a dispute on referrals? |
|
| A: The objective of the program is to incentize partners and customers to refer quality individiuals to HPC Systems, Inc, not once but on an ongoing basis. Therefore HPC Systems, Inc. will attempt to side with our partners and customers, when reasonable, in case of a dispute. However, the in the event the dispute still exists, all decisions made by the management of HPC Systems, Inc. are final. |

| Q: Can I refer more than one customer to HPC Systems, Inc.? |

| A: Certainly, you may refer as many customers as you want. The more customers you bring to HPC Systems, Inc., the more credit / cash you will earn. |

| Q: Are there any restrictions as to whom I can refer? |
|
| A: No, provided they are not current clients of HPC Systems, Inc. and indeed are interested and does utilize products and services offered by HPC Systems, Inc. For large corporations / organizations that have multiple division, we consider new contacts legitimate as long as it's in a different group or agency than that which currently buys from us. |

| Q: How and when do I get paid when I refer new customers to HPC Systems, Inc.? |

| A: After HPC Systems, Inc. has an opportunity to communicate with the referred customer and qualify the opportunity, we will approve the payment and/or credit. |

| Q: Do I get paid for repeat orders? |
|
| A: No. You get compensated from the first order only. If the referred customer later purchases additional servers or upgrades, cash/credit will not be issued for those purchases. If the person who you refer purchases more than one server with their initial order, however, you will receive multiple cash/credits. |
