The A2208B is an entry-level 2U rackmount server for multi-function utilization. It provides the best performance at a very affordable cost with the combination of AMD processor with HyperTransport Link, DDR-3 memory, network, I/O, PCI-Express and power efficient technologies. The A2208B can be configured to provide up to 2 x 2.6Ghz 6200 series 16-core AMD opteron processors, 256GB of DDR-3 memory, 256TB of storage to fulfill most HPC computational applications requirements. The A2208B 2U AMD Opteron based rack mount server is an ideal choice for e-mail and application servers like anti-virus, media, and database.
