The HPC A1403 is a high end high performance workhorse for compute clusters, database clusters and digital content creation. This AMD Opteron based platform is an ideal choice for high density compute, visualization and GPU hybrid compute farms. This platform has a unique advantage of an x16 PCI-express slot.

A1403 provides the best performance at a very affordable price with the combination on the latest IO, network, memory, and power efficient technologies. A1403 features the latest Opteron microprocessors from AMD with DirectConnect technology, DDR2 memory, PCI-Express and SAS/SCSI storage. It makes an ideal platform for a large scale compute clusters, storage clusters, visualization clusters, or stand-alone applications like anti-virus and email.

A1403 supports the latest six core AMD Opteron CPU providing 24 cores per 1U.
