This AMD Opteron based platform is an ideal choice for high density compute, visualization and GPU hybrid compute farms. This platform has a unique advantage of an x16 PCI-express slot.

A1403 provides the best performance at a very affordable price with the combination on the latest IO, network, memory, and power efficient technologies. A1403 features the latest Opteron microprocessors from AMD with DirectConnect technology, DDR2 memory, PCI-Express and SAS/SCSI storage. It makes an ideal platform for a large scale compute clusters, storage clusters, visualization clusters, or stand-alone applications like anti-virus and email.
